Microwave Radar Human Body Sensor
Microwave Radar Human Body Sensor
Motion Detection Radar Technology High Sensitivity
The Microwave Radar Human Body Sensor is an advanced motion detection sensor that uses microwave radar technology to detect the movement of people or objects. Unlike traditional PIR sensors, it can detect motion through thin walls, glass, and plastic materials.
This sensor works based on the Doppler Effect, where reflected microwave signals change frequency when a moving object is detected.
One of the most commonly used modules of this type is the RCWL-0516 Microwave Radar Motion Sensor.

Working Principle
The sensor detects motion using microwave radar signals.
Step-by-Step Operation
1 The sensor emits microwave signals continuously.2 Signals bounce off nearby objects.3 If an object moves, the reflected signal frequency changes.4 The sensor detects this change using the Doppler Effect.5 The module outputs a digital HIGH signal when motion is detected.
