How It Works
Thermocouple senses temperature and produces a small voltage (V level).
MAX6675 amplifies and converts this into digital temperature data.
Data is sent to microcontroller via SPI communication.
Microcontroller reads and displays temperature.
Applications
Industrial temperature monitoring
Furnaces & kilns
3D printer hotends
Boilers & heating systems
Metal processing & welding
Important Notes
Only Positive Temperatures: Cannot measure below 0C.
SPI Read Delay: New reading every ~220 ms.
Proper Wiring: Thermocouple polarity must be correct.
Noise Sensitivity: Keep wires short or shielded in noisy environments.
Better Alternative: MAX31855 (supports negative temperatures).
